I have a spare wing in Ink black. Can't remember what side it is from, but you're welcome to it.

In-arch plastics are possibly called a wheelarch liner?

Also I'll be coming from the south and could come through Blewbury if you need a lift.

I was having a brain fade moment. Wheel arch Liner of Course :-). My car is working so no worries about getting there. I am having an operation next week so If the meet was in a couple of weeks time that would be better for me. Oh and yes please to the wing :-)

I don't think so.
Sunday late afternoon/evenings are usually good for me.

From experience, you will never get a date which suits everyone.

Pick a date. Some will go, some will drop out.

If those that went enjoyed the meet, then the chances are you will get more to give it a go the next time you suggest a meet.

Afternoon/ evening is better for me, but I would probably be able to do a morning if people prefer. How about next Sunday? (the 22nd August) in the early evening, say 7pm?

So just to bring the following together and confirm attendees, location and time in one summary as below for clarification:

Date: 22nd of August

Time: 7:00PM - The carpark has lighting from recollection

Location: Barley Mow Pub

http://www.chefandbrewer.com/pub/barley-mow-abingdon/c1331/

The carpark is on the opposite side to the pub.

Last time we organised a meet at the location the venue was perfectly fine with us turning out in mass. As such unless we have a huge turn out it's unlikely that we will need to get 'approval' before turning up. After all so long as we spend some money and buy a drink/food there shouldn't be an issue.

I am driving back up from Plymouth that evening but may possibly swing by that way on the way back if the timing is good. So aa maybe from me. If I do expect the coupe to be covered in fly's after 500 miles of motorway driving.

22nd August is a Wednesday!
Sorry - looks like my cock-up.
I'm the first one who mentioned August, but I meant July.
I can do August, but why hang around?
