No problem Dave.

Yes to the first question, the coupe runs are only available to us and are covered by the money you have paid. I will be obtaining the tickets for everybody.

Crash hats are take your own, I have not seen crash hats for hire there in previous years.

Pete

The booking form is now available:

http://www.fiatcoupeclub.org/documents/SpaiItalia_2010_Booking_Form.doc

Please fill it in and return it to me at the email address indicated and pay any remaining balance to the Club bank account.

Without this information (and the money) I will be unable to

A) Book your admission
B) Book any additional sessions.
C) Send you your tickets.

There is a deadline of 10th April as the club has to confirm our rquirements and pay the organisers shortly afterwards.

Obviously the sooner I have your information the better.

Steve, you have paid for the admission to the track and for the 2 coupe only track sessions.

Just to clarify to all, the £100 / 100€ covers your entry to the event for the weekend plus 1/2 hour on the track Saturday afternoon and 1/2 hour on the track Sunday morning.

Anything else, ie Grande Parade, Scuderia, Ferrari Experience and Rally Balade are at extra cost.

If you want the club to get your admission to any of those activities you need to let me know which sessions you want to join and pay the club the additional fee.

As a reminder of the programme here it is again:

I will have to work it out and PM you Jeremy.
It is possible that one of the participants will not be using the Saturday track time.

Hello Pete, looking back over the previous posts you have set a deadline of 10th April. I have planned to pay the remaining money at the end of the month, is that ok or do you need it sooner? I have completed the form and sent onto you.

Cheers, Anthony

Anthony, the 10th April deadline is because I have to supply all names etc to the organisers before the end of April, and have to know what people want and that they will pay for the tickets.

Obviously I don't want to risk club funds should someone not pay, equally I do not want to make it difficult for members.
There can be some flexibility for payment if people want to PM me, but the form return by 10 April is a must.

I have your form, Thanks.

Hi Pete,i take it the Scuderia £133 is just for 1 session?.
I know thats what it says on the booking form but just though i would clarify that.
So scuderia 1 and 2 would be £266 just for 2 hours.?

I'm just going with the 2 club sessions, like you i've never driven the coupe on a track. Think we get to drive the F1 circuit and thats 7km long! Over half an hour we should be able to do 20 mins hard driving and that roughly works out at 6 fast laps?

I can confirm that it is the F1 circuit that we drive.
It's probably a good idea to build up to fast laps if it's the first time you have driven on a track so you could be pushing it to get 6 fast laps into the first half hour session.

Yes there is the chance to buy everything except coupe track time on the day if there are places left, but at a higher cost than if pre-booked.

I'm thinking of doing the Grande Parade 2 on day 1 between 4pm and 5pm to get to know the course and see how the car feels on it.

Can't remember or see if this has been answered, sorry. As I'm going along with Proccy, do I need a spectator ticket, or am I able to go in with everyone else, due to being with Proccy?

I've also booked my hotel room now, finally cool

Theresa, you dont need a spectator ticket as the participant ticket covers the coupe, driver and one passenger, so you just roll up in Proccy's coupe.
