I like the mood conveyed in the B&W one, it emphasises the shadows.
In my opinion, the composition is slightly out (you could lose the garage doors) and the background draws your attention to the many horizontal and vertical lines leading to a photo that looks a bit busy. And the door handle & Guttering distracts the eye. But fair play looks like you used "Rule of thirds"
Same photo with a post industrial background, while now a bit cliche'd might work better.
If you had changed aperture so Coupe was in focus while background was slightly blurred it might be better.
What camera/lense did you use? Also can we see the original photo for comparison?
From the shadow I take it you shot shortly before dusk? (Golden time), you got a good angle and shot
Did you shoot at maximum zoom and then compose?
