i know over a year ago i had a bad time with a group buy which wsas resolved in everyone getting there money back and i think i also gave too much money back but thats cool

This thread is mainly about voicing opinions and not going against club rules with this thread either.

The time has come as i cant get a cam sensor for my car as fiat have stopped making them so im in a dilema and 16VT parts are becoming rare.

I will be stripping my car as it wont drive without a cam sensor.

I am a nice chap if you talk to me and ive helped people on the forum and going to there house and helping folk out.

I would like feed back on this.

Dont think you will be able to again ,i cant sell anymore either.Dispite organising group buys and xbox repairs and assistance i wont sell in the market place due to my own lapse at the time.

The decision is obviously based on previous selling history and up to the forums official's to make the decision whether we can sell once more.

I have accepted that i wont be and have to respect there decision.

As i want to remain on the forum i follow the rules as im told.thats all that can be said really.

Dunno if that's directed at me exactly but do think I am lucky to be here still.Gt it was slot of money and a fair few people involved too be fair to the mods they make these decisons to make the coupe community safe. Without this there would be demise of the sale section I think.

Don't know if a mods going to comment, but maybe a conclusion to the thread from one to confirm would be good

its directed to no one, just in general.. smile but people have lost they sellers status for a good reason, makes me grr to be honest. if you have something to sell, you sell it and pass it on.. end of! hopefully there will be big changes in the for sale section after the AGM.

I'm not going to discuss individual situations here. Suffice to say that whilst the general rule is that once the seller's rights have been lost they are not reinstated we do look at the amount of time/effort etc that went into getting a resolution to the original problem; how many mods had to be involved and how much of their time was taken up and whether the individual maintained a good level of contact/information flow throughout the problems.

We gave someone a second chance recently. That person has now been banned due to yet another infringement and the way they dealt with the ensuing fall-out.

As stated above, the ability to sell on the forum is a privilege rather than a right and each case is examined thoroughly by the entire moderating team, not by one or two individuals. Any decision is always made with a view to protect, as far as we can, the members of the forum.

As in all walks of life, we accept that circumstances can change and things can happen that make a transaction go pear-shaped, it is how the trader deals with it that can really influence what happens next.
