Hi all, was just wondering what your thoughts are on this coupe 20vt? Its in the colour i want, with colour coding and black leather but not sure how trustworthy the guy is as its advertised with no mot or tax despite him sayings its mot'd til end of august? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/fiat-coupe-20v-tur...A1%7C240%3A1318

Also, upon viewing it, he didnt show me the mot cert despite showing me the receipt for cambelt/clutch, only negatives i could spot were drivers door has seen some paint and the engine bay was quite filthy, otherwise it seemed in really good nick, stayed a lovely yellow, i liked the car but it could be riddled with hidden problems??

the simple tip i can give you is if you have ANY misgivings at all, walk away. I did this with a coupe of coupes before i found my inky, my gut feelings were right on both accounts

go with out any money if your going to look at a private sale so you get time to think about it on the way home to get the money, all to oftern the heart can rule the head!

Cheers mate, i did just that and think i will steer clear as i dont want to go from a very sorted na to a money pit 20v turbo, something just isnt qutie right about the advert
