Shaun, I can't believe you haven't been put off coupes forever.Your last stab at ownership was a horror story.
It's a buyers market so be patience and I'm sure you'll find a little cracker.
Just remember you WILL need to leave a good budget for maintenance no matter how good the car.

Be careful, there are so many shitters on ebay. It won't be easy finding a bargain Coupe that's in good condition on there.

As above go for one on the site.
These ebay cars seem tempting due to price but surly you know a coop on here is worth that extra few quid.

As if Kwik Fit know exactly what they are doing.

However, Kwik Fit in Stafford are spot on .
They also have a fully trained ex fiat technician who (when he worked at the local main dealer) was the only one who new his stuff.
And the MOTer is very fair to.
But I agree that e bay is worth giving a miss for coupes.
