wouldn't it be easier to put it where the normal headunit is, by removing the ashtray as well? ashtray not important compared to air vents / pininfarins badge?

would it be easy or hard to do?

hard because there are two screws between the ashtray and the radio din (20V model) that hold the dashboard...if you remove them you'll no longer be able to remove the console's cover...or you'd have to make an alternative "screwing" place

I had my indash in the ashtray and the radio on the normal slot....the screen that low wasn't very usable... now I don't have a radio anymore (running sound directly from the carpc) and I have the screen on the radio slot...a lot better...
