It may not be a smash'em up style feature - it could be like that old Lada story. Where they took one beaten up example and turned it into the greatest Lada ever with Lotus handling and a full leather interior, etc. But probably not.

I've got mixed feelings on this. If it were 5th gear I think the Coop would come out positively in a used review. However, Top Gear? Nah, they are bound to come out with the same old twaddle about reliability and other Fiat rubbish, then smash the thing up.
I really hope I'm wrong, but I can see us moaning about the programme in six months time .

Let's hope Hammond gets to drive it; as someone mentioned above I think Clarkson will struggle to fit with the sunroof.

My main concern is that the coupe's image could be portrayed as some sort of bargain banger. Don't lose all hope though we could manage to recover some credibility if Fifth gear do a proper reveiw!

Its either going to hero or zero, we all know a well maintained coupe is unbeatable, its always been a secret that only few know anyway! have faith in the coupe guys it'll do us proud! (i pray the oil cooler pipe aren't held together with rust though!)

Having seen this car in the flesh and having seen a few other examples to compare it against. I would say that there is plenty for them to sterotype the car with, saying that the interior was still ok and it drove fine and pulled well from what I can tell.

All it needed was a wheel refurb, new exhaust, new rear bumper and a respray and it would have been fine

its very hard to guess what other car in my opinion, its seems, theres a turbo - the coup, a v8 - lexus then what else could it be, somthing supercharged, but for that price bracket what, wouldnt imagine they would put another turbo in the mix

well he fitted fine in it when he tested it when they were release so unless hes grown he will fit fine.

i think its great. For the money, its a brilliant car and covers all angles of what people want. If it was well looked after before they had it i can't see it loosing.

Well it does have a pointed front so should do quite well
