When I lived in Australia in I went up the east coast in a Mitsubishi express L300 (like a hiace) and it had 3" bull bars on it. Late one night I smacked a roo at about 50 mph, the beast bent the bars right back into the footwell! It died instantly but certainly left its mark \:D
