Just sorted my Coupe insurance today and have to hand it to Diamond - good price and a sensible excess, though they do pile on the £££s if you want to pay by DD. Don't insure guys as main drivers but you can have them as a named driver (if you must !)

Like all of the Admiral group, Diamond are incredibly unkeen if you have made a claim...the specialist insurers are much more understanding

I found Priviledge Insurance undercut Diamond by £220 this year on my Plus, though Diamond were cheapest for me the year previous

I have some mods on the car plus six points on my licence, none of the mainstream insurers could give a decent enough (in my eyes ) quote. I went with Noel Dazely as specialist insurer, no one could beat them.
