Glad your problems are sorted. I'm staying at the Atlantic so I'll catch up with you there. I'm convoying with some of the Dutch guys through Germany and Switzerland, arriving Friday but not sure of the time yet.
This is how it should have come out of Torino!

In view of the above do we still want to proceed with our own designs as the organisers have also produced these items? I have asked whether we can get them before the trip or when we get there

regarding the Lingotto tour om Monday the 24th of June I asked the organisation this morning to move it to 10.00 o'clock, since 9 o'clock is a little bit early. I hope this will be possible.
The following persons confirmed their participation: Marc 2p Kevin 2p Paul 2p Dave 2p Joe Rob Dave Alex Andrew myself
Since the group can be a maximum of 14 people only, we are complete now. Keep you posted on further details.

Regarding the Pininfarina museum I got news. They just informed me we are welcome to come on Tuesday the 25th of June. The offered starting hours are 10.00 / 11 / 15 / 16 o'clock. I think we should do this in the morning.
There are two possibilities: 1. a simple tour of 1 hour to visit the collection, price € 10,- 2. a visit of the collection plus an explanation of the design department by the Chief Designer. This tour will take 2 hours, price € 20,-. Included is a cup of Italian coffee and a souvenir.
I am very happy that this is possible, since they first told me they were closed for the whole week.
Who wants to join me?

As we're a UK club I would have thought we'd still want our own event t-shirts so other none UK owners can see we're from Blighty, no
* I managed to move it to 10.00 o'clock, so we can wake up in the morning and go over there in a more relaxed way.
* I made a miscalculation on the number of people (I calculated Dave three times, lol). This means we still have 1 spot available. Who wants to join us?
* About going up on the roof to the track by car. The cost of hiring the track is € 700,-. If all 14 persons decide to go up by car, it will cost € 50,- per person. If for instance only 10 go up the price will be € 70,- for those people going up. You need to add this price to the € 55,- which is for the tour.
* I need to pay the tour 15 days in advance, so please let me know what your preference is

I remind you that Monday 24 June is the feast of the city of Turin (San Giovanni) for which the whole city is still and there will be several demonstrations in the city and closed streets. In the evening there will be a great show.

Thanks for the continued arranging Virginie, I'm not keen on the driving the roof track to be honest. Does the roof track hire also need to be paid 15 days in advance? I assume you want us all to pay our € 55 (+ track) to you within the next 2 weeks? Again I wonder whether any others attending the 25th event but not in this UK/Dutch group might also want to come, and boojk their own guided tour, or take a self-guided tour?

Giorgio, are there any Italian Coupe owners or visitors outside of this UK/Dutch group that might want to visit Pininfarina on Tuesday 25th?
No I don't know interested in driving on the ingot track. Too expensive for what you see and drive .. I would like to come with you but post organization is challenging

I was referring to the planned visit to pininfarina (not to Lingotto, and not to the roof-top track) but there are just 3 of us at the moment, and we need a minimum of 5. My itinerary is still open at the moment, I am trying all avenues to see if a visit to the Heritage Hub is still possible...

Here is the design that I was thinking for the Turin trip this year. They are separate to what the organisers have prepared as part of the event and not intended to replace that.
The images are magnetic sign and t-shirt. The t-shirt logo shown is either vinyl print or sublimation, but I am waiting for the club shop to tell me if they can do an embroidery of the design onto a polo shirt in silver thread too.
What do members think?
We are in the process of expanding the range of items in the club shop so the design can be printed onto pretty much everything offered, eg different style of t-shirt, bags, caps etc. It would also work on cups or mugs.
You will be able to order your t-shirt from the club shop when finalised, where you can give sizing etc at time of order. Price will depend on numbers t shirts and signs, plus any discounts or subsidies I am currently working on getting us.
At this stage I just need a list of how many people want the magnetic sign so please mark your name as below. They are 222mm x 292mm in size. I wont order them until I have updated you with the final cost.
1) Ballypete 1 x mag sign

For the polo shirt I think the design will look better as per the polo shirt with a small laurel wreath, it looks too big on the design presented, IMHO of course (plus a lower thread count )
