Recently I've bought an
uprated 40mm radiator for Alfa 155Q4(it's the same as the 16VT one). It's a decent quality product, but the radiator inlet/outlet bore diameter is 8mm bigger than the diameter of the OEM hoses and it's almost impossible to use them. With a lot of efforts I succeeded in installing the OEM upper hose, but not the bottom one. Then I found that I can use a bottom hose from Opel Astra F that fits perfectly. After fitting it, the temperature in traffic during the hot days is several degrees lower compared to the stock radiator.
