Hi, I have just bought a Fiat coupe 20v turbo reg:S683 GJW. I'm hoping 1 or more of its 7 previous owners are members. I would love to have a chat about the cars history. The car is silver with zendar body kit. It was lovingly restored in 2010 to somewhere near its original condition. Any info on the car would be much appreciated. Many thanks Paul

Hi nismo/countrycruising. Thanks for the welcome. As soon as I figure out how to post photos (and it stops raining) i will post a few snaps. Shame it's not in the database was hoping to connect the dots of the history I have.

Welcome to Coupe ownership Paul. Hopefully a previous owner will make themselves known to you.

Thanks for the welcomes. I have checked the oil and all good. Im more concerned about the cambelt. According to the history I have the cambelt has been changed twice. The last time being @103k (currently 134k)in 2008. According to some of the posts on the forum I should make this a priority and change the belts, tensioners and water pump asap. Where is the best place to order the parts from? Myself and my mechanic friend intend to do the work ourselves following the excellent guide I found on here. Looks a little daunting but the money saved on labour costs I can put into upgrading the brakes and suspension preparing the car for its ultimate purpose Track days! Cant wait the car is amazing!

Thanks workshy that's a great find! Is Phil still an active member? Would be great to talk to him about the work he did. Looks like he did a lot!
