I agree that it was packed with clichés, but for me that was a negative point. In fact, the whole thing was one big Bond cliché. It was utterly tedious from start to finish and had almost no story-line. Couldn't wait for it to end.

I think that's the point Brian Don't start getting all molto serioso with us now.... Think we might be having a sexagenerian/octogenarian outing to see it at the weekend

Best of luck, then, Simon! I couldn't wait to get out. My companion likewise.

PS - if you go to watch it expecting it to be anything other than a Bond film, you're (rather predictably) going to be a bit disappointed but then why would someone do that.....

Probably going to see this tonight - one of our friends is an extra in it so will be trying to spot her. If she's in the opening scene you'll be dead lucky.

I have it on good authority that Brian is very bitter after they turned him down for the next Bond role! I can see him now, clinging on to the Snowdon mountain railway for dear life while under attack from assailants that don't know who he is Sorry to disappoint, Simon; I've been far too busy repairing Offa's Dyke to get over to Snowdon.
