Anyone fancy meeting up in the Derbys/Notts/Leics area in July?
Maybe a one off or something of a regular if enough demand.
There seems to be a good number of in the East Mids so it would be great to meet up, check out cars and help out with problems, pointers,tips etc as well as a laugh or two.
Any ideas for where and when?
Don't be shy all welcome even non technical punters like me... I just love to drive em!

There's Mitcar coming up on 16th August. There are usually some coupes in attendance.

as for a midlands meet, its a great idea, there's plenty of coupe owner's in and around the midlands hiding away....

Found a good venue and Jenny, the duty manager, is ok for us to go there and park up.

Come off M1 at Junc 23 and keep on the main road towards Loughborough. The pub is about One & half miles on left.

She asked if we could all park at the bottom of the main car park. There's a small one which is the first you come to, but drive past and take the next which is the main one.

All we need to do now is fix a date.. what about Sat 18th Jul at 2pm? Any thoughts anyone?

Cant make the 18th, as going on holiday for a week then...
The venue looks good though, maybe on a Sunday would be a better option ?.....

As there's only 4 of us that's surfaced so far, we can be flexible on days/dates.
By the way, the manager suggested Sat as it is a quiet day for them....
Let us know, as the date I put up was a tentative one anyway.

It's a good relatively central venue, bags of parking and about 3mins off the M1 junction!
As davdel said there's got to be loads of coupe owners in the midlands. Christ there's at least 5 I know of in a 10 mile radius of where I live in Nottingham!!

Only going for a week, so I will have a look if you have sorted anything out.

Don't forget, anyone want to meet up at Loughborough c2ish tomorrow? As a newbie, it will be good to meet any or even Alfa owners!
Even if you only stay for a short time.
