grab it before it gets ragged!
If I didn't have a coupe already I'd be very tempted by this bargin. Even with a clutch issue, it's cheap! And tidy!

P.S. Nothing to do with me, just being helpful smile

Something about the way the ad is worded rings warning bells of other stuff...the coast of Cornwall is ideal for rust-breeding for example. Also no pics of interior or under bonnet.

With back-box and clutch/whatever issues it's a tow job to FCSS at least. He needs to try better...

Cheap though.

Shame it hasn't got VIS wheels if it is a VIS. Hopefully somebody buys it.

They're the earlier type wheels. Managements VIS has those in the ad.
But corrosion may not be an issue. Its not one of the run out models that do rust badly.
Worth a look as a project as n/a boxes aren't dear.

1999 VIS model came with those rims so they're correct for that car, 2000 model had the later blade design.
Noise would most likely be the thrust race not the input bearing so for the money and the condition it does look like quite a nice Coupe.

And another on e-bay here. . Never seen a rear bumper like it. Interior looks in good nick. Too far from me though.

I think that's the Cada body kit.

I don't think it adds anything.

Hi Lost. Is it a know fact that run out models rust badly? Mine is on a W plate. They were all made in the same factory so they should all have the same rust proofing? Here's hoping.....

As far as 20v models go, those up to about 98 seem to last
better than later ones. But its a generalisation it really depends on the car and how its been looked after.
You're not far from FCCS so if you find something you're not
happy with Joe will be able to help.
