I know a few of you guys are running Gizzmo EBC's from the group buy a while back, Im just wondering if you have any feedback at all about them, as I am looking at getting the Gizzmo ms-ibc v3.
Work very well although the boost setting seems to change by a couple 0.01 bar's after a while has not really moved since but annoying Also for me the display is too Bright at night even on the supposedly dim setting
But on the whole no issues works well plumb it in and forget
good bit of kit for the money , holds boost well and is easy to install and set up yourself , there are better boost controllers on the market but with a higher price tag too so you get what you pay for . I'm very happy with mine and won't be changing anytime soon .
I have the MS-IBC, fantastic and helps you hold high boost as the revs increase. Also reduces lag, (dont set the Gain above 10 though or you will get boost creep. It has an anti spike feature and you can select Open or Closed loop. I bought an Apexi AVC-R after having the Gizzmo, and sold the Apexi as I prefer the Gizzmo
Thanks for the feedback guys. Looks like its a good piece of kit. I was thinking about the apexi or Greddy (if only it came in red), as I'm in Japan atm, but think I'll get the Gizzmo V3 now as its tiny, and fit it in the ash tray. Thanks!
