hello,

looking around at coil over suspension for my car, will take some saving up and may end up being a project for the next year to get them / fit them.
what ever product i get, i shall be hoping to fit myself... currently looking at these, but will get all corners done with same product.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BC-Racing-BR-R...=item460e844a83

guessing the front ones adjust from top of shock tower under bonnet and cooler on the bottom of coil. the rear ones will be adjusting on collar at bottom for the height, but how would i get to damper adjustment ?

whats the pro's n cons for this kind of setup..... car used for good days / high days on the road. Mainly after something that i can set so i don't feel like i want a new spine after a run out on the road, being the state of most of the UK roads.

just another thought.... would air suspension be any better, thinking in terms of a soft comfortable ride as surly a bed of air would be good for comfort... i have i miss understood air suspension to be a gangsta type thing.

Do a search Chris. But it is considered that Bilstien shocks and Eighbach springs or a good choice.

But for what you want i would have thought a complete standard refresh would be perfect.

The BC's are a good set-up, and if you shop around, you should be able to get them slightly cheaper then the link
