From the boot to the head unit i would go through the rear quarter and under the back seat and through the centre console. The route from the battery to the boot is in the 'how to' section, in the top right or left hand side of the bonnet, just under the scuttle panel there is a grommet that goes into the front wing and into the footwell.

Yep just use opposite sides for power and interconnects / speaker cables.

will the back seat need to come out for the cable to go under and also is the live and sub wire going under the carpet from the back seat to the center console ie (the gap between the front of the back seat to center console) so their is no visable wire at that point.
thanks for the replys smile

Yes and yes, for a tidy install remove the rear seats, rear quarter panels and the carpet can be loosened at the edges but left in place while you thread the wires underneath. As Gunzi said choose different sides for power and signal cables to avoid interference. Well worth checking out the 'how to' section for tips on interior removal and just about every other coupe job.
