Is anyone local to the Airbus sight? I could do with knowing the state of the roads around there early tomorrow, I almost lost the coupé to the flood on manor lane getting home.

I used to live on the NCO's RAF housing estate 1966-71 at the lower end Manor Lane.
Saltney straight to Hawarden is looking almost barmy ..

I would have suggested a pm or call to Taffy or his brother Graham, but probably too late now lol rolleyes laugh

I live about 15 - 20 miles away and it's still raining, although I imagine most flooding is just localised.

Might be worth a call to Airbus when you wake up?

Good luck and be careful!

Cheers T, made it safe and sound.

I ran through my contacts, but with the plant shut down most are already on holiday. Chanced it this morning to find it almost bone dry. Couldn't believe the difference 12 hours made.
