VVIP's takes with them an awful lot of belongings to say the least- to the point of "we're going to need another plane". Remember the warehouse from the final scene of Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, times that by three and throw in every object, animal and plant known to mankind and some that possible aren't and you've pictured my day today. Then put so much of this stuff on the ramp of the plane that it brakes the ramp and hey presto, welcome to my interesting life.

Hang on can't your plane ramp handle a couple of tanks?! I can understand it buckling under mrs Stan though.

I'll leave the Mrs Stan jokes to Mr Stan and we can't even joke about Mr Stan's gargantuan mass now he's a featherweight sick boy!

It was the locks that failed not the actual structure, I had to remove some seized parts and come up with a manual workaround to lock it.
All under the close supervision of 50 shouting passengers (including 3 dogs) who all seemed to know much more about how the system worked than I do and weren't happy with the delay.

Anyway, that ones gone, I relaxed back at the hotel with an Indian meal cooked by a chef who probably couldn't point to India on a map let alone cook a meal in that style, I've never had a chicken tika served smothered in mustard and bread crumbs before and hopefully never will again!

I can highly recommend Sey Brew beer though, made on the island from spring water, I will be exporting a few boxes.
