I Passed this the other day local to me, looks like it hasnt moved for ages and tax ran out Feb 2010. Knocked on the door and the woman who owned it said it is potentially for sale but couldn't talk about it right now so i left my number.

She has said there is nothing wrong with it apart from the obvious and has had all belts done ect she stopped using it cause her sis bought her another one with lower milage.

it has 108k miles and laquer peel all over but i'm thinking engine donor ?

How much would you give for it? i'm thinking no more than £500 if it runs? what you reckon?

sounds dodgy to me - there's no reason to park up a perfectly good Coupe, just because someone has "bought you a lower mileage one"

I'd be willing to bet there's an underlying problem somewhere..

If it's in Oxfordshire there's enough local owners who could check it over. Poor car! Really wouldn't be surprised if that's the real reason it's been left, dappy Oxfordian logic!

Coupe now sold!

So, there's another one behind it (the one her siser bougt her?) and a 145 with club-type stickers in front - and they're seemingly claiming a level of "innocence"?

I smell rodents. Scrap value at best.

But what did the woman look like? Should have taken more photos imo.

not a peep from her so far, i will go back at some point and see if it's still there.

yes the other coupe is hers, my fear was that the dirty one was a spares car but she said not soo.... the 145 is mine so not anything to do with her household.

she looked early 40s so i don't think she will have been the girl racer type but who knows.

I have recently bought another 145 with a knackered clutch so if i can get this cheap then a conversion may be in order...
