Does anybody know where I can get my wheels fully refurbished? Not just the face, but the inside of the wheel where all of the brake dust and crap builds up. It looks horrible!

I've been quoted £300 all in so far. Is this a good price or does anybody think they can beat it?

Cheers.

You should be able to get them powdercoated for around £50 a wheel.

There should be somewhere local to you that can do this ... or you could use someone like

I got mine done at city powder coaters in Birmingham for 20 quid per wheel which was a total bargain. I just looked on their site and it seems like they are still running that deal: www.citypowdercoating.co.uk

£30 a wheel is pretty special. Just checked with them and they are still offering this price, but their 'cheap' supply is running out. Only problem being is I live about 1hr30mins from Brum! frown And they don't lend out wheels.

I didn't ask on the phone, but is that inside and out?

Yes, it was inside and out for £20 per wheel. I was very happy with the job they did, although I just noticed on the weekend that there are one or two small bubbles appearing on one of the wheels. This is probably due to my car being parked out on the street all through winter though, exposed to lots of salt frown

Lepsons are the best.

although not cheap, in most cases the wheels are a better finish than new, a real thick coating and the entire wheel is done.

Other 2 id consider are spit & polish and Wheelworx in colchester.

I can do them and I powder coat the whole wheel. Mind you there is no way I can match £20 per wheel shocked I can't see how they can make money.

My spare set are going in next week - when they come out will be my best set! Quoted £35 per wheel but got to decide on the exact colour . . .
