It's torque that is the important figure with clutches, not horsepower. The standard Valeo Coupe clutch is rated to 274 lbs ft.
My Coupe ran 'just' 260bhp but 284 lbs ft. Any more and the clutch would slip. After 2 years of daily driving and two track days I've killed it.
I'm currently running a CG Motorsport paddle clutch, but I can't vouch for it just yet, just because I haven't had it for very long - only about 2 months.
