Look in the for sale section and P/H

That should tell you all they need to know. 10 months ago I thought they had gone as low as they could....I have been proven wrong
Come the time they put VAT up to 20% then any heavy drinker is going to suffer price wise

If its your second car, try niel willies in the insurance section...

I have an agreed value on my LE... I wont disclose how much but its a very realistic number in relation to condition and money spent.

In the case of an agreed valuation, how does that work if some idiot drives into you? Seems it would have to go through your company whatever?

For the kit, the owner's club have negotiated excellent rates in three price bands based on age, irrespective of engine tune, with one of the specialists - Footman James, I think - and I'd love to see the club doing this for the coupe.

My recent no-fault crunch and the book value of the car leaves me in the position that the car will be automatically Cat-C'd *again* and I still won't receive the cost of repairs... not a happy bunny.

We are in the process with negotiating a FCCUK only policy with an insurance company on the forum.

At first it will be for Classic Policies Only...
But im sure we will be able to open it up smile

A few years ago my immaculate BXGTi was damaged by some hoarding around a building site collapsing onto it whilst the car was parked in the street.

The builders accepted liability, but wanted me to use their chosen repairer.

I refused and took it up with my insurers who agreed that it should be repaired even though the cost of repair exceeded the value of the car.

The car was repaired, I paid the excess which was refunded to me by my insurers once they had collected from the builders insurance.

The log book remained unstamped as a cat D write off or anything.

It put me back in the position where I was before the accident happened.

I don't see why your damage should be treated any differently.

I unplugged a row of electric cars that nobody was using.

I don't either - but it wasn't last time and I don't expect it this time.
