The ones in the top right have got their anti slip safety boots on obviously. Sat there gabbing away and ignoring the cuffuffle of the poor drunks.

i wouldnt say this is fake as the camera looks like a fixed one for use of the bar,and as for the persons on the top right they do go flying when the ship lists right over.
