Jackie from the Alfa Romeo Owners Club (AROC) has once again kindly invited us for a joint trackday in Knockhill on 2 different dates this year. One is on the 16th of April and the other the 6th of August. The cost for this year is the same as last year ( £60/£30 for drivers and £10 for passengers) and the times are all the same..which if i recall correctly is around 5.30 pm.Could those interested please let yourself be known so I can pass the necessary information to Jackie. Hopefully we can get better numbers this time around. Thanks folks

Definitely. Plus I'd have to rebuild my front brakes before venturing onto the track and until the weather improves I don't want to do that. So I'm a wimp twice I'll bring my crash helmet though.

I should be there no doubt. First round of Time Attack is the 24th April so last minute testing no doubt.

I think I'll be there for sure. It's the Friday evening before the first race weekend of the season at Knockhill. I'm planning on having my passenger seat fitted so there maybe the opportunity for some passenger rides at race pace as I get my racing head back on.

1. A Tim = free of charge
That's a bit 'nameist' isn't it I'm not going to be there in April as we're going away on holiday that day (it also means I'll miss the banger racing World Cup at Cowdenbeath on the Saturday :().

I'm sure we can accomodate one more Matty...although i'm not sure how happy the alfa club is going to be with race cars terrorising their track day Yeah - I'd have thought it being a non-Alfa race car would be more of an issue - maybe less so by the organisers (though I don't know) but maybe by the other attendees. There's one or two of us who are going to be there in race cars though they'll all be classic Alfas and will mostly be giving passenger rides. I'm not sure how welcome a tricked-out Evo will be amongst road-going 156 & GTV owners. It's not going to be possible to properly test in those conditions - I'm not even going to be trying - that's what test days are for.
