Yesterday evening I went for the last RR this year. On the 4th RR I tested 380cc injectors but the fuel pump was in a really bad condition so the results was not good.
Before this 5th RR I changed the fuel pump to a Walbro 255 and reistalled the 330cc injectors.

My mods so far:
Mitsubishi TD04HL-19T-7
Pro Alloy FMIC
Pro Alloy SIP with Cone filter
Blueflame 2.75" from turbo and all the way to the bumper
Motorsport 100 cells race cat
Forge DV006
Malpassi FPR 1:1.2
Walbro GSS340
Gtec2
Bosch Platina spark plug
AEM EBC
Alfa Romeo GTA clutch

Petrol: V-Power 99 octane.
Ambient temp: 10 degrees C
Intake temp: 24 degrees C ( taken from the Widget)

We did three runs and adjusted the FPR.

Results:
Wheel Power: 312 HP @ 6100
Wheel Torque: 421 Nm @ 4900 = 310 lb/ft
Max boost pressure: 1.67 bar

I asked the guy that owns the RR if the transmission losses that he gets is correct. He admitted that you need to add at least 10 HP to the losses. Do'h ooo

So I decided to use Puma racing's formula: Crank HP = (WHP+10)/0.9

Crank HP = (312+10)/0.9 = 358 HP

I compared this result with Greyfurby's car and it looks okay to me smile

I will add graph when I get one.

So the injectors worked well on the top end with that sort of boost compared to the previous RR.

Really good and solid power curve especially at the top end with good turbo spooling.

Next year I think I buy bigger injectors and a 3.8 bar FPR. And top of that a Fleamap. I hope Leighton can squeeze out some more hp smile

As I said before I did three runs. Here is a comparion between run 1 and 3. The boost settings are the same during all three runs.

Körning 1:3 = First run
Körning 3:3 = Third run

Wheel power:

As you can see the HP value goes up pretty much after I fine tuned the FPR. For example +25 HP @ 4700 rpm smile

Lambda value:

After first run lambda value was 0.78 @ 6800. I changed it to 0.86. Maybe little bit too high tongue

The engine feels so nice and the response from the turbo is so much better. It's almost like OE turbo smile .
The difference in spool up is roughly 200 rpm.
OE turbo: 0.49 bar @ 2650
19T: 0.5 bar @ 2850
