if you CAN, get a new siren, as this causes all the problems. As far as the C/Locking goes, dead easy, with the ALARM OFF, go to each door ( there are only 2 ! ) & manually unlock the doors with the key, fit the new siren ( battery disconnected ), then arm the alarm, it will all sync correctly & should be fine again

Bockers. Could you advise me please on how to disconnect my alarm syren. Its driving me mad and developed a mind of its own. Can I still use the remote with the syren disconnected? Thanks in advance. Aggsy

Agsy the link to the Meta Manual in in the ICE FAQ at the top of this section. With the siren removed the central locking still works and so does the alarm sometimes, in that you can hear a clicking relay  Siren is in the passenger wing.
