since having the sip fitted, i've had a slight idle problem, when i rev the car & the revs drop,it struggles to keep the revs (revs drop then rise) it doesn't stall & i dont really notice it when driving.

anyone else find this with the sip?

The AFM is too close to the turbo, this is not good. I suggest you move the AFM further away and the problem will be solved.

Maybe it's unneeded advice, but have you tried cleaning your Idle Control Valve?

I don't run a SIP (yet) but i did mine last weekend and it really idles better now.

When i get my SIP, i guess the best place whould be behind the airfilter and before the SIP?

Yes check and see if LSL is anywhere to be seen.

I have this prob when i come to a stop the revs drop to low and it feels like its going to cut out, but i didnt think this was any thing to do with the sip, i think i have a split in a hose or donut some where. How far does the afm have to be aaway from the turbo to solve the problem, and will the electric connetor reach?

the connector i thought should connect from the side, so you could call it 45 degrees, when the car was standard im sure that is how it was, it didnt connect from the top or bottom did it?
