We are usually asked to attend the bank holiday Monday of the Easter Weekend, but no official correspondence has yet been received, so this will be confirmed*, but I'm sure that it will be the case. Please put your name down if you are interested in attending this prestigious event

Is this a list of spectators or actually taking part?
If it's a taking part thing, what is involved?
Im definitely interested in taking part in whatever way.
We'd be spending the whole time down there as it's a good old trek from lincs.

It is definitely taking part.

It involves meeting early in the day at an organiser defined place, driving in convoy under police escort through closed roads to a spot in town to park for the day.

Generally a couple of us take turns to hang around with the cars to chat to visitors.

You need to have from around 10am to 4 pm free.

Sounds great I'm in! I'll have my wheel's refurbished by then so the car should look tasty for the occasion.

Im not sure mine will be out this year as new job and mini supercharged engine will be taking time.

If weather is good I'll definitely pop down in the daily drive.

Hi all, as Pete has described, we gather together at South Lodge, Lower Beeding. Then drive in Police convoy to Southwater to swell the numbers of Italian autos. Then enter town in set groups of cars to fill the town centre with Italian Exotica. It's a really friendly event and the cars get plenty of attention.
Even when it rains it still draws in the numbers. There is free parking around town for Italian cars over the weekend and lots of other Italian themed events occurring throughout Good Friday, Easter Saturday and of course our day, Easter Monday

Ok looks like I was a bit late and didn't appreciate there were limited spaces. Hope you have a good day

Cooperman, I reckon that we could get ten cars into the space. So put you name down and I'll negotiate on your behalf. Historically, there will be a space closer to the time anyway

My green 20vt isn't going to win any awards. I had a few "contacts" on track over the last year that has left her with a few battle scars. Yellow primer isn't a subtle mark on a scotts green car

Maybe the red LE will be roadworthy by this

If there is any room left count me in. I've been to the last three and it would be a shame to miss it..... Mine will be the scruffiest there....

We've booked a premier in close to Horsham for the week. It's a long way to come so we intend to make the most of the South while we're there. Plus I'll need a good full day to get the car derailed for the event

My be closer the time I should put aside a few hours to clean the car. Don't want to let the side down.

Is there space for one more? Sounds a fantastic event and might help cure my disappointment at not being able to get to Turin for the 20th anniversary event.

I'm going to put myself to possible now as my MOT is due on the 18th, so am going to get it done after Sunday and see if I pass or fail and try to fix the issues before this date

I would love to move from reserve and take up a place but having difficulty with time off work and so will need to bow out....much frustration!

What time have we got to meet? I've Googled Mapped Hop Oast, Southwater as I have no idea where the meet place is. Comes up with a Petrol Station and a Park N Ride is this the right place

It is easy to get to, the place we need to be and plenty of space to park. A shell petrol station is next door for those requiring a refill

Cracking day out, will be back next year. My son enjoy walking around all the cars and the noise. Ended up watching Back to the Future when I got home!!

Firstly a BIG thank you to all who attended the event and helped make it one of the best years attendance to date. We've been doing this event now since 2011 and I reckon it was the busiest one so far. It is always good to see new and old faces alike. The weather was certainly a factor in bringing huge numbers of people into the town to see a eclectic mix of Auto Exotica.

Rounding the last corner into The Carfax was quite a humbling experiance, seeing all those hundreds of smiling and waving faces looking at our pride and joys.
I also would like to say how smart all the cars looked and you did us all proud. It is great to be a Coupe Owner

For all those who are thinking of joining us next year, get in early and you too can be a part of this great day out.

Some good pics Ross, I liked the Coupe layout this year it looked very chic with all the cars back end out in a myriad of colours.

I was bit embarrassed driving through the huge crowds at the beginning and even more so at the end (in my £2K Fiat) reminded me of Peter Sellers Pink Panther film when they are in the car naked and get caught in the traffic jam; people were kind to us though!

BTW your engine bay was even cleaner than last year.......if that is actually possible.
