Sarah at Glynwood......Amazing!

Hi guys, just wanted to pop on here and show a bit of appreciation for Sarah at Glynwood. She got my insurance for me about £200 cheaper than the lowest I'd been quoted elsewhere! Very friendly and helpful with some great advice too!

I recently visited the Glynwood website and filled in the form for an insurance quotation for my 20VT.

I got an email back saying someone would contact me. I waited over 2 weeks but didn't hear anything, so I insured elsewhere.

I responded to their email and asked why no-one had contacted me, but have received no reply.

Not the service that I expected after the good things that have been said on here. Its a bog standard 1998 20VT, a 64 year old owner with a 16 year ncd and have owned the car since new, I cant be that bad a risk !!

I did the same thing and I think their email link must be bad as I hunted on here for the direct email (which is different to the one on the website) and she called me within the hour.

I hope they realize that they have a problem.

I will try them again next year.

The phone number on the website goes to the head office in Dudley whereas Sarah is at the Redditch branch.

I called the head office number by mistake this morning and they immediately gave me Sarah's number. I've never had a problem contacting her, nor delays in response if I leave a message with one of her colleagues.

You must have been unlucky Bill, she reads this forum so will now be aware of the problem you had.

Could someone PM me her number? I'd like to try a quote just out of interest.

Could somebody let me know, do we get an automatic renewal posted out or do we need to ring to get a new quote for Glynwoods insurance only?
I have approx 5 weeks till my insurance expires so not expecting anything for a week or two but would be nice to know!

Just another endorsement for Sarah's hard work, renewed the coop again this year for a competitive price !

Very happy, just need to use it a bit more than the 90 miles I did last year lol !

definitely give her a call if you want a competitive, customer focused service.

I may even use her for my other cars in the future

Got my renewal through a few days ago. All I can say is wow! Price has come down considerably, mileage allowance has increased and the policy even allows commuting.
Same as Taz, I should probably try using the car once in a while.
