I pick up my 20VT in a couple of weeks and its coming with the standard Clarion cassette head unit and a matching 6-disk changer. Obviously, the headunit will be changed ASAP but I was wondering how good the standard speakers are? Would it be worthwhile upgrading them and what would be people's recommendations? I'm looking to spend around the £100 mark per pair.

Finally, will i require any wiring adapters for either the headunit or speakers?

Cheers,
Den

imo the speakers are rubbish
fairly easy to install components up front.

I also replaced the rear speakers but i left them attached to the door panels and they sound utterly cack! ive completely faded them out, dont use them at all now.

So if you bother replacing them i suggest making some kind of mdf frame or panel and attaching them to the door skin not the inner panel.
