Yes the disk will come off with the pad carrier part ot the caliper still on the hub, it just slots in the gap. A good few blows with the hammer will get it off, it will be corroded to the hub. i think there may be a how to guide, i removed mine to get them re-sprayed and the best way is to use a heat gun ie: paint stripper to soften the glue around them.
